Dear All, what a glorious week it's been.
I hope you've been able to enjoy the sunshine! 

Thank you so much to all those who made last Saturday night's social such a great evening, especially to Alan our Ceilidh dance 'caller'.
It was a great night, and we hope to do it again soon. 

This weekend the Saturday Family Communion service is on at 5.30pm, a lively interactive service with great worship, a short sermon, and refreshments. 

On Sunday at 9am we have the Traditional Communion Service with hymns, accompanied by Jonathan on the organ.
And at 10.45 we have a Family Service with more contemporary worship.
Bishop Colin Buchanan will be preaching at both Sunday services.

Looking ahead, next week is the last full week of term, so Barn Babies will be having their 'Pram Services' in Church on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday at 10am, on the theme of the Good Samaritan.
Many thanks to all the leaders and volunteers who make Barn Babies such a friendly and successful outreach to local families. If anyone else would like to join the team, please contact Fiona ([email protected]).

Creative Stories will be meeting for the last time on Thursday 18th July, before the leaders move on to pastures new, and many of the children start school in September. Huge thanks to Nicola, Ellen, and Paula for making this such an enjoyable and successful group. 

The last Saturday Service of term will be next Saturday 20th July, when we look forward to welcoming Canon Steve Allen to preach.

Finally, a date for your diaries! On Sunday 4th August we'll be having a 'Welcome Back Phil' party with bring and share lunch, immediately after the morning service. Look out for the sign-up sheets at the back of church, or speak to Sandra or Dan if you'd like to know more.
