Dear All,

This weekend we have Sunday services at 9am (Traditional Communion) and 10.45am (Family Service with Baptisms). We will be developing Steve Allen's theme of last week, 'Jesus The Image of the Invisible God.....in whom all the fullness of God dwells'.

Saturday services and all the mid-week activities are taking a break for the summer now, but Sunday services will continue at 9am and 10.45 each week throughout August (apart from 4th August when our first service is the 8.30am BCP Holy Communion).

Phil will be back on Sunday 4th August, so we hope that you will be able to stay on after the 10.45 service for our 'Welcome Back Phil' Party with Bring & Share lunch in the Barn to give him a special welcome back (drinks provided). Please sign up on the form in Church, or let Dan and Sandra know if you can come, and what food you'd like to bring.

Are you looking for something to refresh your prayer life over the summer?

Finally, I'd like to flag up the Heritage Open Days Weekend on 21st & 22nd September. We had a stained glass expert visiting last week who was really excited by the 14th century glass in our east window (you can see close-ups of the glass at cpchur.ch/GP-StainedGlass). Hot off the press! The 'Flash Performances' of the Yorkshire Tragedy are now confirmed. They'll be happening at 12.30pm and at 2.30pm in Church on Saturday 21st September.
