Hi all,

 

This week we have Gordon Dey coming to join us, along with Dawn Moore, who works to build up children’s work both within the diocese and for Jesus Shaped People. They will be with us for all of the services (Saturday Family Communion at 5:30, Sunday Morning 9am and 10:45am).

Gordon’s pioneered a new way of whole church discipleship that is now being used across the UK. The theme will be on everyone getting involved (every member ministry). It’s going to be great!

 

Our 3 children’s and Young People’s groups are on this week.

 

Next week is Pentecost! The birthday of the church.

So do come along and make sure you wear bright colours at all the services.

 

Please do continue to pray for those who need are ill, for Peter recovering from a broken hip, for John as he recovers from his operation and the many others who deal with long term illness. 

Also can you pray for our young people and for those who lead groups they are in? We now have two midweek groups (year 6-8 and year 9-11). Prayer for this group is vital.

Please support us in this. And if you’d like to get more involved, then do speak with me about it.

 

You are now able to listen to sermons online (currently via our new website) if you miss them on a Sunday. This is particularly good if you’re discussing the theme at a home group and have not been able to attend.
