Newsy Email - Friday 15th June
Hi folks,

Well the World Cup has started, and on Monday, the young guns from England will put themselves against the might of world football!
In the meantime, life goes on and we seek to bring glory to God in what we do.
So here are a few details for you:

Tomorrow at 5pm we have bacon butties before our 5:30pm service!
It’s not going to be a communion service, with more of an opportunity to interact, with painted prayers, clips, and a time to be in God’s presence.
The theme is Father’s day.

Following the Saturday service, the ladies Pamper Evening is on.
Thanks so much to the team who have put it together, It’ll be brilliant.
Tickets are still available!

Then on Sunday bacon butties again at 10am between the two normal services.

Looking ahead, we’ve postponed the cricket match due to a personal engagement that I need to attend.
However, we will make sure it happens in June or July.

I just want to flag up a special service that will take place on Sunday 8th July, at 3pm, in Church.
We are going to take the time to give thanks for the NHS and invite those who work to attend, followed by afternoon tea. It’s good to celebrate and give thanks, so we’re taking the opportunity to do so.

Blessings,
Phil
