News on the Home Front
A big welcome back to the Church family to Rev. Rosie Coldwell, Chris, and Becky! They are currently house hunting in Calverley and are looking for storage place for some of their furniture whilst they find somewhere, can you help?
In the meantime, please keep them in your prayers as Rosie awaits a hip operation.

News on Goats & Sheep
After ten plus years of active service in our churchyard, our three Billy Goats Gruff have retired to pastures new in Morley. We're looking to replace them with a small flock of sheep before winter arrives.

Acts 28 - Week 6
How time flies! In our Acts 28 series we're coming up to the sixth and final week.
I hope you've enjoyed it so far and are looking forward to final edition coming tomorrow.

Book of Jonah
To follow on from the Acts 28 series, we have a new series starting about the Book of Jonah. This includes notes written by Richard Jobes, and will begin on Sunday 25th July, so watch out for it.

Sunday 18th July Services
Tomorrow morning, we welcome John Corbin preaching at the 9am Tradition Holy Communion service. And then at the 11am Family Communion service Richard Jobes will be preaching. Also, this week the children will go out for some fun and games during the 11am Family Communion service.

Sunday 25th July
This will be Robin's final Sunday at Calverley Parish Church, and he has one request - please can all the children bring a cardboard box along to the 11am Family service? The bigger the better! I wonder what he’s up to.
To find out, you’d best not miss it!

That same week in between the services, 10-11am, we’d like to invite both congregations to join us in saying farewell to Robin. Jonathan will be playing the organ, and the hatch will be open for tea, coffee, biscuits and maybe even cake!
With restrictions easing, it will be a great chance for us all to have a catch up with one another.

Organ Restoration Appeal
Many thanks to all who have contributed to our organ appeal so far, we have raised over £6,000 so far. There is still some way to go, so if you have not yet donated or sponsored, please do think about it.
