Dear members of the congregation,

As you probably all know by now, we shall shortly be welcoming our new vicar, Revd. Rob Denton, and you may also be aware that the date set for his official Collation and Induction service is Tuesday 31st August at 7:30pm.

Unfortunately, as we are still observing Diocesan guidance on limited numbers and social distancing, the service will be ticket only. After the number of people who must be there is counted, we should have approximately 35 spare seats for allocation to members of our congregation.

To ensure fairness and an equal chance for members of our congregation to attend, if you wish to put your name forward on a wish list, there will be a draw by the Churchwardens on Wednesday 25th August, after which date, those who have been successful will be given a ticket to the service.
It is important to note that, to offer this chance to as wide a spread of the congregation as possible, we ask that only one member from each family submits their name please.

You can submit your name to the Wardens in church on Sunday 15th & 22nd August, or by emailing the [email protected]. If you have not received a ticket by Friday 27th August then you have unfortunately not been successful, and we ask you to accept our apologies in advance.

Please do not attend on Tuesday 31st August unless you hold a ticket.

The good news is that the whole service will be livestreamed on our YouTube channel, for anybody to watch live online here. Once finished, the livestream will then automatically be converted to a video on our YouTube channel, for anybody to watch later.
