We are writing to let you know about ChurchSuite, our new data management system were introducting here at Calverley Parish Church.
HOLD ON – DON’T DELETE THIS YET, I PROMISE IT’S IMPORTANT!!
I’ll make this as non-tedious as possible.

Believe it or not, we have no idea how to connect with most of you, and that’s a real shame! If you get ill or have bad news and would appreciate someone calling or emailing, we’d love to be able to check in with you.
We all realised how important contact was during the pandemic, and a safe & reliable way of keeping your details will be a real blessing if anything like that happened again. You might want to know about events or services at church, and it’s especially helpful for those who want to be on rotas for the many different ways we have of serving together, either on Sundays or at events like our Annual Beer Festival for example. We’ll be managing all our rotas though this new online system, eventually.

If you would like us to be able to connect with you in any way beyond our general Weekly Family News email to everyone, we’d really appreciate you giving us your details. You can give us as many or as few details as you like. And we promise to keep your data secure and treat it with respect in line with GDPR rules – it will live inside our secure ChurchSuite’s system, will not be printed out and left in a desk as church-lists of old used to be, and only key ministry leaders & staff will have access to your details. You can opt out or make changes at any point in the future.

The form is for adult individuals, so family members would need to submit a form each, please. We’re still exploring how to add children, so watch this space!
