Saturday 7th October sees Calverley's Second Annual Beer Festival taking place at St. Wilfrid’s Parish Church, Calverley. We'lll have 15x Real Ales & 3 Lagers from local craft breweries on sale, including a special St. Wilfrid’s ale brewed just for this event! And this year there’ll also be cider, gin and prosecco available, along with a selection of snacks available to purchase.
We have sourced beers from within a couple of miles of Calverley and across West Yorkshire, even dipped into North & South Yorkshire to get an interesting range of beers. So whether your taste is for pale, golden, or amber ales, or you’d rather have a stout or a dark red ale – we have the full range for you to sample!

We hope to continue the success of last year’s event, which saw over 200 people come through our doors and helped us to raise over £3,000 for much-needed church funds. Like many today, our local church has seen overheads increase dramatically. We need £10,000 a month to run the church, and while much of this is met by the generous regular giving of our faithful congregation - no income comes from the Church of England or Government. We must generate all our own funding to keep the church open & running for the benefit of the community we love.

Tickets

The event starts at 11am and is open until 11pm.
Tickets are £10 (pre-booked online) or £12 (on the door).
