Newsy Email #69 - Wednesday 12th June

Dear All,

Well we had some great Pentecost services last weekend, and you can now listen again to both the Saturday and Sunday sermons at cpchur.ch/sermons.

Coming up this weekend we have our Saturday evening Family Service at 5.30pm (no Saturday communion this week), and on Sunday we have our Traditional Communion Service at 9am, and our Family Communion at 10.45am. The second service's worship will be led led by Fiona & members of the School Orchestra, along with and our Youth Band, so it's going to be great! John is preaching at all three services, so do come and support him.

The Alpacas in our Churchyard have settled in nicely, but we have been asked to remind everyone not to feed them please. They can also 'butt' or spit if distressed, so unattended children should not be going into the enclosure, and preferably no adults either.

For those of you who travel to Church by car on Sunday mornings, please could you park in the school playground? (open from 8am.)
W
e would like to leave this area in front of Church as clear as possible for those who are disabled, and specifically the Champion House vehicle, to enable those who really need so they can get in to Church more easily.
Thank you.

Looking ahead, we've got a Church Social evening on Saturday 6th July to look forward to, 6.30pm to 9pm. With food, dancing, and games!
Church families are welcome (children accompanied) and it's going to be a lot of fun! Sign-up sheets will be out this Sunday for the 'bring & share' food.

I'll be on holiday in Northumberland next week, so if you need anything please contact Sandra and Dan, our wardens.

With best wishes,
Revd Sue.
