Newsy Email #131 - Saturday 11th April

Dear friends,

Today is a day of waiting. Traditionally, we try not to do too much as we remember the position the disciples were in, assuming that the end had come for their relationship with Jesus. Today, please take some time out to reflect on your experience of Lent, in this strange situation we're all in.

Many thanks to all who brought food donations yesterday.
Let’s keep being generous.

Tomorrow morning at 6am, John and Pauline will be taking us through our Morning Vigil Service and Service of Light. We will all be with them in spirit.
It’s a special service, and we’ll let you off if you don’t manage to make it till 7!

And then at 10am tomorrow, we have our Easter Sunday Communion Service.
I’d like to encourage you to bring down some flowers to our Easter Garden outside Church, but that’s really tomorrow’s news!
So for now, please enjoy this reflective day today.

Blessings,
Phil
